Wedding and evening dresses can not be returned because they are already sewn tailor made to your own measurements.

We do not offer ordinary sizes (S M L XL) but only your exclusive size based on the measures you sent us at your own responsibility.

We only accept replacement of your wedding dress or dresses only in case of proven defects with the sole responsibility of the factory.

In this case we will replace the poorly made wedding dress or dresses at no extra charge (inc. shipping) as soon as possible.

Free Shipping all over Greece and the rest of Europe for all wedding dresses and gowns regardless of their cost. All items are shipped to your home address except if other location has been indicated.
